ECM Office Solutions utilizes service contracts only to secure a great rate for your company! Unlike other companies, ECM does not believe you should be held hostage to a service contract if you are unhappy with your service. If we are unable to resolve your issue within a reasonable time you may cancel your contract by written notice. At ECM Office Solutions we work hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with your service. If after the resolution process you are still unsatisfied, upon request we will cancel your contract. How It Works: 1.Contact your Account Manager with issue. 2.We’ll initiate our problem resolution process to address your concern. 3.If we are unable to resolve your issue within 15 days, we will initiate the process for a refund of your        unused service hours.*    * To qualify for this service guarantee refund: (1) the reasons for your dissatisfaction must be within ECM Office Solutions direct control, and ECM Office Solutions must be unable to resolve the reported problem to your reasonable satisfaction within fifteen (15) days from its receipt of your notification; and (2) your account with ECM Office Solutions must be current, with no outstanding balances.
